My love for adventure and personal growth has driven me throughout my career, from entrepreneurship and software development to guiding bike tours. Now, I channel that same energy into leading men's groups and wilderness retreats, where I help others in embracing lives without regrets. Whether it's through adventure or deep, honest conversation, my ultimate goal is to inspire others to live fully and authentically.

AJ is a master relationship builder who brings divergent thinking to every organization he engages with. His passion for community and the outdoors has driven him to lead a guided bike tour company, connect individuals within his network to foster collaborative initiatives, and promote cycling through group rides and skills clinics. Fully immersed in his community, AJ enjoys everything two-wheeled and on dirt, from bikepacking to trail riding. His infectious enthusiasm and commitment to connection make him a perfect men's group facilitator.

Peter is driven by an unyielding pursuit of freedom and personal growth, making him an ideal men's group facilitator. His diverse career spans raising money for startups, running a solar company, and even exploring vertical farming and writing. Peter’s journey is deeply rooted in his 15-year study of Zen Buddhism, which enriches his approach to life and leadership. With 5 years of men's group experience, including leading a group of Olympic and pro athletes, Peter brings a unique blend of wisdom, resilience, and dedication to guiding others on their path to self-discovery and transformation.

Brad’s journey from elite athlete to guide at The Plunge is a testament to his relentless pursuit of excellence and personal growth. With over two decades as a top-tier cyclist, Brad’s accolades include titles like 2x USPRO National Criterium Champion, 2x Pan Am Championships gold medalist, and a Worlds Bronze Medal. But beyond the victories, Brad’s true journey began after his retirement, as he delved into self-discovery and mental health. Despite facing challenges like depression, Brad has emerged stronger, ready to guide others through their own transformative journeys, offering wisdom gained from a life of dedication and resilience.
